تحلیل عوامل اثرگذار در ارتقاء هم افزایی هلدینگ‌های چند رشته‌ای

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل روابط بین عوامل اثرگذار در ارتقاء هم افزایی هلدینگ‌های چند رشته‌ای بری رفع چالش بکارگیری ظرفیت‌های بالقوه شرکت‌های تابعه برای خلق ارزش بیشتر است. تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، بنیادی و کاربردی و  از منظر ماهیت کیفی و کمی است. مشارکت کنندگان تحقیق شامل مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد شرکت سرمایه‌گذاری هلدینگ به تعداد 14 نفر به‌صورت هدفمند غیراحتمالی بودند. شناسایی عوامل «محیطی»، «راهبردی»، «سازمانی»، «مشارکتی» و «عملیاتی» مهم ترین یافته بخش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا از طریق مرور نظام مند ادبیات نظری و مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. سپس روابط و چگونگی اثرگذاری‌ها و اثرپذیری‌های عوامل و همچنین وزن و اولویت آن‌ها با روش فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‌ای مبتنی بر دیماتل فازی بر اساس پرسش نامه مقایسات زوجی مشخص شد. نتایج نشان داد که عامل محیطی تاثیرگذارترین و به ترتیب بر عوامل راهبردی، سازمانی، مشارکتی و عملیاتی اثر می‌گذارد. یافته‌های اولویت بندی مشخص کرد که مدیران و تصمیم گیرندگان باید به ترتیب «ارتقاء هم افزایی زنجیره تامین»، «ارتقاء هم افزایی تولید و عملیات» و «ارتقاء هم افزایی بازار و فروش» برای هلدینگ‌ها را اولویت قرار دهند و برای رسیدن به این هدف نیاز به حمایت‌های قانونی، حقوقی و حمایتی دولت می‌باشد و همچنین داشتن همسویی استراتژی برای ارتقاء هم افزایی ضروری است.
