تقویت زنجیره تأمین مواد غذایی با فناوری بلاکچین: راهکاری برای توسعه پایدار

در سالهای اخیر، مطالعات بسیاری مرتبط با تأثیر فناوری بلاکچین بر پایداری زنجیره تأمین صورت گرفته است. در مطالعات صورت گرفته چگونگی کاربرد بلاکچین بر پایداری زنجیره تأمین کمتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است؛ لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر پایداری زنجیره تأمین و بررسی نقش بلاکچین در هر یک از عوامل شناسایی شده و بررسی ارتباط میان عوامل با یکدیگر به منظور ارائه مدلی مناسب در راستای پایداری زنجیره تأمین مواد غذایی است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش، توصیفی- علی است. به منظور انجام پژوهش حاضر در ابتدا 11 عامل با مرور پیشینه پژوهش شناسایی و کاربرد بلاکچین در هر یک از آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس با استفاده از تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، نحوه ارتباط عوامل شناسایی شده تعیین و بر اساس آن مدل مفهومی پایداری زنجیره تأمین در صنایع غذایی کشور ارائه شد. در ادامه با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری برازش مدل مفهومی به دست آمده، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در ادامه پرسشنامهای متشکل از 38 سوال طراحی و در اختیار 350 نفر از خبرگان، مدیران و کارکنان صنایع غذایی به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از منابع و شرایط کاری به عنوان عوامل زیر بنایی در پایداری زنجیره تأمین صنایع غذایی کشور به شمار میرود.
