ارزیابی استراتژی‌های حرکت به سمت زنجیره تامین هوشمند و پایدار در صنعت لوازم خانگی

چکیده

در دنیای رقابتی امروز، یکپارچه‌سازی اهداف هوشمندسازی (مانند استفاده از اینترنت اشیاء و هوش مصنوعی) و پایداری (زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی) برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار امری ضروری است. ادبیات تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که پژوهش‌های پیشین اغلب به صورت مجزا به این ابعاد پرداخته و یا شکاف‌های روش‌شناختی قابل توجهی در تحلیل عدم قطعیت‌ها و اولویت‌بندی استراتژی‌ها نشان داده‌اند. در این زمینه، این پژوهش به شناسایی و ارزیابی استراتژی‌های کلیدی در جهت حرکت به سمت یک زنجیره تأمین هوشمند و پایدار در صنعت لوازم خانگی می‌پردازد. این تحقیق مجموعه‌ای از استراتژی‌ها و معیارهای مؤثر را با استفاده از روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره فازی–تصادفی شناسایی و ارزیابی می‌کند. ابتدا، با به‌کارگیری روش بهترین-بدترین فازی-تصادفی، معیارهای اصلی مساله تحقیق وزن‌دهی شده‌اند. سپس، با استفاده از روش کوپراس فازی-تصادفی، استراتژی‌های شناسایی شده بر اساس سناریوهای مختلف عدم قطعیت (بدبینانه، محتمل، خوشبینانه) رتبه‌بندی شده‌اند. در این پژوهش، داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق نظرسنجی از 5 گروه از خبرگان دارای تخصص در حوزه مرتبط با این تحقیق گردآوری شد. مطالعه حاضر به‌صورت موردی در صنعت لوازم خانگی انجام شده‌است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد معیارهای انعطاف‌پذیری، امکان‌پذیری عملیاتی، هزینه سرمایه‌گذاری، ایمنی، قابلیت توسعه و گرمایش جهانی به عنوان مهمترین موارد انتخاب شدند. همچنین، بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، استراتژی‌های اقتصاد چرخشی هوشمند و استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های پیشرفته در فرآیند تولید به عنوان موارد برتر انتخاب شده‌اند. این یافته‌ها بینش‌های مدیریتی ارزشمندی را برای مدیران فراهم می‌آورد تا بتوانند منابع خود را به طور مؤثرتری تخصیص داده و تصمیمات استراتژیک آگاهانه‌تری در راستای دستیابی به اهداف هوشمندسازی و پایداری اتخاذ نمایند.
